In May this year we unfortunately had a break at our music studio and over £8,000 worth of equipment was stolen. This equipment had been built up and collected over a number of years - items including a 17inch imac, Adam Studio Monitors, Microphones, several Keyboards & Synths, Drum Machines and much more.
Obviously as you can imagine this was heartbreaking for us, we lost hours and hours of music work and samples that were stored on the imac & external hard drives, we were also frustratingly uninsured leaving us at a complete loss.
The Bristol music scene/community really came together for us once word spread and a lot of awareness was raised but unfortunately didn't lead to the culprits being caught - at this moment in time we are still none the wiser as to who was behind it but we now aim to move onwards and upwards and hopefully this is where you amazing people come in!

First things first we are putting on a club night 'Backlash' at the Thekla on August 21st featuring an amazing all star list of DJ's who are all coming together to help us out..we are announcing new artists to the line up daily and there will be some surprises on the night but so far we have announced..

Rob Macfarlane who is Chase & Status' studio engineer has kindly offered his services to mix your vocals into acapella stems for you to then incorporate back into your production/track. Rob handled all of the vocal mixing/engineering for the Red Bull Soundclash last year and his client list ranges from Chase & Status, Rita Ora, Emeli Sande, Pusha T, Skepta, Stormzy and many more. Definitley a great opportunity for any of you vocalists out there!
